Key responsibilities:Collaborate with a distributed team of electrical sustaining engineers to drive New Product Development (NPD) in the medical domain.Engage in cross-functional coordination at the client site to ensure the successful implementation of projects.Debug and resolve electrical circuit issues with precision and efficiency.Manage component life cycles, ensuring flawless execution of all related processes.Design and review complex circuit and PCB designs, adhering strictly to regulatory standards.Conduct comprehensive hardware lab testing to validate designs.Required Skills:Proven experience with at least two New Product Introduction (NPI) developments.Demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.Outstanding team collaboration skills.Expertise in physical testing and troubleshooting within an engineering lab environment.Proficiency in VHDL and C, along with strong analog and digital design capabilities.Proficient in Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development methodologies, specifically using GIT.Experience working in regulated industries is highly desirable.Proficiency with tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, IHS, and Silicon Expert.Detailed understanding of validation and regulatory standards.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
