Duties: We are seeking an electrical engineer with systems engineering responsibility for the LRWKC (Long Range Weapon Kill Chain) team to provide technical leadership in Test and Evaluation, specifically in planning, analyzing, and evaluating efforts to define system requirements and develop system specifications. The ideal candidate will guide and evaluate the design and development activities of others across several phases of the development process.This role requires,• Translating stakeholder needs into technical statements.• Assessing requirements.• Applying a systematic approach to organizing technical resources and activities to achieve program goals. The selected candidate will utilize systematic methods to organize and guide the development process, analyze problem scenarios to determine required capabilities, and apply engineering principles and techniques to develop solutions that meet requirements. Requirements: Master's degree in engineering/electrical engineering. Must be willing to travel up to 10%. • Experience in DoD T&E (Test and Evaluation) • Knowledge of systems engineering principles, software best practices, agile development, and project management of DoD systems. • Knowledge and experience in electronic subsystems (e.g. battery packs, charge circuits, regulator circuits, power switching, microcontrollers and processors, data communication protocols and layout considerations, etc.) • Knowledge/experience with MBSE Tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw, etc.). • Familiarity with various modeling methodologies (SysML, UML, SYSMOD, Harmony-SE, etc.) Security Clearance: Must currently hold active secret security clearance and be able to maintain it.
