Position Overview: The Entry Level Electrical Engineer will support the design, development, packaging, testing, and integration of electrical/electronic systems and components. The qualified candidate will work under the general direction of a project engineering lead to perform electrical system design on various military systems.. The Electrical Engineer will provide detailed engineering analysis of components, subsystems, and systems for military product applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical/electronic systems and components.
Perform packaging, testing, and integration efforts.
Conduct detailed engineering analysis of components, subsystems, and systems.
Collaborate with project engineering leads on various military systems.
Create and manage interface control documents.
Perform circuit simulations using PSpice or LTspice.
Communicate technical results effectively to customers.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Ability to solve moderately complex technical design and development problems.
Experience in creating, reading, and comprehending schematics and interconnect drawings.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with relevant military and commercial design standards.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, and LabVIEW.
Knowledge of computer programming languages (e.g., C, C#, LabWindows/CVI).
Working knowledge of OrCAD and Visio.
Familiarity with designing components for high EMI environments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
