Electrical Engineer

Summary: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in power and controls, automation, and significant controls and DCS experience.

Requirements:

BSEE preferred with 12+ years of relevant experience Expertise in Allen Bradley Studio 5000/500, FactoryTalk View Studio, Siemens TIA Portal, and other related software Familiarity with Rockwell Automation, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, CANopen, CANbus, Modbus TCIP/IP Proficiency in MySQL database and Visual Basic Experience with replacement and modernization of 480 V MCC; PLC hardware/software integration Competence in building control panels and plant power distribution

Preferred Skills:

PE license preferred Familiarity with MATLAB, Power World Simulator, Simulink, KEIL Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards

Responsibilities:

Conduct electrical analysis using ETAP or SKM software Perform hands-on troubleshooting of panels and client equipment Check engineering and design work for heavy industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, metals

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
