Electrical Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer for a 3-6 month project focusing on power converter systems and control firmware development.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of power converter topologies (ACDC, DCDC).

Proficient in control schemes/strategies for switching power converters.

Experience with implementing control firmware using Embedded C programming.

Hands-on experience testing power converters with electrical tools like oscilloscopes and meters.

Familiarity with simulating power converters in MATLAB/Simulink/PLECS.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with grid-connected or standalone inverters.

Knowledge of UL 1998 certification processes.

Ability to create automated test platforms for control scheme validation in Matlab/Simulink.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement control strategies for various power conversion systems.

Test and validate power converters in a laboratory environment.

Collaborate on simulation projects using MATLAB/Simulink/PLECS.

Pay: 38-51

Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
