Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Creating electrical designs and schematics for various projects. Project Coordination: Coordinating with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Technical Analysis: Conducting technical analysis and calculations to support design decisions. Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Documentation: Preparing detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Client Interaction: Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance. Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess project progress and resolve any on-site issues. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems during the design and construction phases. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity of electrical designs. Innovation: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.

Expectations:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and design software. Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical abilities to solve complex engineering problems. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Interpersonal Skills: High personal culture, ease of establishing contacts, and teamwork. Stress Management: Ability to perform tasks under time pressure.
