Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

What You Will Do Assist in providing technical advice and guidance for designated Engineering projects and programs at assigned site.   Assist in the review, investigation and development of appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Engineering projects  Participate on small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects  Administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment  Develop working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations appropriate to area of assignment  Perform other duties as required  What You Bring To Freeport Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline with no experience required  Knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering  Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions  Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions  Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards  Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing  Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or Professional Engineering (PE) Certification  Knowledge and experience of power systems engineering including equipment design and specification, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial power systems  Knowledge and experience of power systems studies including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and Arc flash study and Mitigation  Knowledge and experience in designing process automation system including experience of producing instrumentation and control, P&ID drawings  Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio  Self-motivated with excellent work ethic  Proficiency in MS Office  

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $76,000-$104,000/Annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process. What We Require
