We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Las Vegas, NV team!  

As an Electrical Engineer, you will help to oversee employees on the Electrical Team, motivating and assisting them to do their projects efficiently. An ideal candidate will thrive with challenges and will enjoy the growth potential that Revolution Engineering offers.

What You Will Be Doing: 

Partner with internal cross-functional team members, in coordination with the electrical team, to deliver MEP designs, due diligence reports, and energy efficiency documentation. Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions Ensure that the operation of the electrical team meets the expectations of its clients and the organization Coach and mentor department staff as needed to improve performance Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquires, and handling customer complaints. Responsible for meeting internal and external deadlines/schedules. Handle site project site visits as needed Provide electrical designs, plans, specifications and construction administration Ensure the company’s standards and procedures are met Manage clients and open projects by setting coordinated deadlines, facilitating change requests, completing billings, and managing project deliverables throughout the life of the project.

What You Need To Be Successful: 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the MEP industry Experience leading other electrical designers Licensed Electrical Engineer and a willingness to sign deliverables Basic knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD Multifamily or hotel experience is a plus Strong technical writing skills Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics The ability to lead presentations and client communications Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation:

Revolution Engineering offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000 or more based on experience. Their comprehensive benefits package offers 100% employee premium coverage, bonus potential, 401k match, ample PTO package, paid federal holidays off, and a flexible hybrid work schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience.
