Job Description
We are seeking an Electronics Engineer Lead to join our Tactical Systems Department. This role involves leading the development of vetronics (vehicle electronics) products specifically for Department of Defense applications.
ResponsibilitiesLead the electrical engineering team as they develop new products.Assist the electrical engineering team with circuit design and provide guidance on their designs.Oversee products throughout the full product lifecycle.Essential SkillsCircuit design expertise, with a preference for mixed signal.Experience with full product lifecycle management.Ability to write embedded C code.Proficiency with Altium Designer.Understanding of avionics systems and vehicle electronics.Additional Skills & QualificationsProject management experience.Experience in avionics or vetronics.Background in developing embedded electronics firmware.Team management experience.Experience designing and troubleshooting microcontrollers and FPGA-based systems.Proficiency in programming microcontrollers in C and firmware with VHDL or Verilog.Experience with environmental and EMI/EMC qualification testing per MIL standards.Familiarity with SBIR programs.Experience with military vehicle integration.Support experience in the field.Experience in developing and/or managing CONOPS.Work Environment

The position is fully on-site, from Monday to Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76.00 - $98.00/hr.
