Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for electric testing supporting development, application, and validation of Electronic Suspension Systems. You will be working as part of global engineering teams including Continental and its customers.
Understand legal, customer and internal electrical requirements for Electronic Suspension Systems including air suspension and active damping.Person will have sit at OEM technical site 3 days a week.Detail customer communication regarding technical specifications all for ECU components. Understand System Function and Capabilities.Understand ECU communication.Understanding PCU, MCU, and ECU schematics.Supporting: Acquire, analyze, summarize, report and archive data assuring traceability to requirementsIdentify, drive, and assure resolution for any nonconformities vs. requirements or in timing. Support all customer communication regarding electrical component topics.Understanding, evaluate and track all electrical testing during a development life cycle.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical fields.Knowledgeable in ECU Production, Communication, and logistics.Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.Demonstrated quality deliverables and customer orientationDemonstrated passion, dedication, and commitmentAbility to travel throughout the year.Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electronics, and dynamicsExperience in technical project leadershipExperience with vehicle dynamics, chassis, or suspension developmentExperience with Continental’s product development and release processLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
