Electrical Engineer Sr Requisition ID: 8328 Location: Monroe, LA, US, 71203 Department: Manufacturing & Operations Travel: Up to 25% Electrical Engineer Sr **Position Responsibilities:** + Responsible for complete electrical project management including scheduling, planning, machine power-up, test, debug, shipment and change orders. + Control system design for manufacturing equipment including control panel engineering, PLC, Servo and HMI programming, and start-up support. + Estimate engineering resource, parts and labor costs. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in design, programming, and troubleshooting of control systems. + Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors. + Machine system understanding, able to collaborate with Mechanical Engineers on what control features are required. Determine best control solutions with Mechanical Engineers. + Develop project documentation, electrical schematics and program files for highly customized machines. + Coordinate multiple assignments for on time completion of projects within budgets. + Prioritize resources and delegate tasks. Track project progress, schedule and cost on custom machinery. + Attend customer check-outs and resolve detailed technical queries.
