Comprehend and explain difficult technical systems in a simple and effective manner to Customers and potential Customers. Collect detailed and accurate information daily from customer locations including productivity impact to operations, course quality impact, and product reliability. Coordinate the delivery of service parts to a Customer as well as perform repairs or updates to Customer equipment as required. Travel and complete assignments with little or no direct supervision. Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites around the US for extended periods of time 50% travel on average. Ability to work independently and thrive in a hands-on work environment. Support sales demonstrations in a technical capacity. Establish strong relationships with a growing customer base. Maintain detailed product field performance data and manage an Incident Review Process to close field issues. Complete timely and succinct status reports on as frequently as a daily basis, including the reporting and follow-up to root cause on reported field incidents. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
