This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer Intern to develop and implement control hardware, Wiring and Control systems for mobile hydraulic equipment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + _Electrical system design_ + _Schematic creation and maintenance_ + _3D conductor routing and CAD modeling_ + _Creation of harness and pinout drawings_ + _Electrical component sizing, specification, and selection_ + _Troubleshooting electrical issues on a range of products_ + _Providing guidance to shop floor on new installations_ + _Deep understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures_ + _Create detail drawings of 3D models (SolidWorks)_ + _Assist technical publications in creation of manuals (parts books, service manuals, operator manuals)_ **Required Skills and Qualifications** _Qualifications include:_ + _Pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering_ + _Other related experience_ + _Proficient in engineering design software – 3D and 2D (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred)._ **Preferred Skills and Qualifications** + _Knowledge of controls programming_ + _Knowledge and experience with CAN buss_ + _Experience with SolidWorks CAD software_ + _Experience with SolidWorks Electrical Routing_ + _Design software – 2D (AutoCAD preferred)_ **Working Conditions** + _This job will be performed in an office setting._ + _Operation and review of construction equipment may be occasionally required.
