Title: Electrical Engineering Lead

Work hours per day: 10 hrs./day

Work Days per Week: 6days/week

Work day per Month: 26 days/month

Work Location              Qatar

Contract Term in Months        36 Months

Job Purpose   

•            Leadthe Electrical Engineering activities for North Field Expansion (NFXP) OffshoreProject, ensuring technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, datasheets, etc.) fully comply with project deliverables and standardized processesand to provide support to NFE Offshore Engineering Manager ensuring all aspectsare delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

·       Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.

Knowledge and/or Experience           

·      10 years’ of relevant experience as Electrical Lead,in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having abroad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards,specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design,construction and operations.

·      Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering andexecution required.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills witha focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.

·      A high level of proficiency in written and spokenEnglish

·      Computer literacy involving the regular use ofprofessional office applications and some technical applications

·      Good knowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom,piping and mechanical equipment
