Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of engineers in the design, development, and analysis of various electronic systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience

US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Proficiency in digital hardware design, interfaces, and architectures

Understanding of project/task management and technical estimating

Preferred Skills:

Experience leading customer-funded programs and IRAD

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, modify, and analyze various electronics systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems; make modifications as needed

Compile and evaluate design and test data; recommend design approaches

Supervise a team of engineers ensuring timely completion within budget

Manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments

Drive program design to cost and manufacture requirements

Participate in proposal preparation

Attend engineering, customer, or business meetings as required

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
