As an Electrical Engineering Technologist, you will design, implement, and maintain automation systems for heavy equipment and construction machinery to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will have hands-on experience with control systems used in machinery automation and a solid understanding of the unique demands of construction equipment. This role will require weekly travel (2 days) to the Milwaukee, WI office.

What it takes:
2+ years of experience in PLC programming and SCADA system design, preferably in the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry
Familiarity with the various programming languages C#, C++, Java, Python
Expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming for machinery automation
Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy machinery
Ability to work in challenging environments and meet project deadlines
Frequent on-site work at construction equipment facilities or job sites
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
