**Alaant Workforce Solutions** is hiring an **Electrical Fabricator/Technician** for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity! This role begins with comprehensive training in Albany, NY, before transitioning to a permanent work location in Queensbury, NY. If you enjoy hands-on assembly work, have a keen eye for detail, and are looking for a role with room to grow, this is the opportunity for you! **Hours and Benefits for the Electrical Fabricator/Technician:** + **Shift:** 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday. + **Pay Rate:** $23.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience. + **Benefits Include:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. + 401(k) with company match. + Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. + Tuition reimbursement. + Weekly payroll and an employee incentive program. **Responsibilities for the Electrical Fabricator/Technician:** + Assemble and wire control panels and systems with precision and accuracy. + Collaborate with System Engineers to ensure timely project completion and accurate documentation. + Test and document control panels in both shop and field environments. + Perform field installations, including conduit and wiring, terminations, and testing. + Conduct field service and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively. **Requirements for the Electrical Fabricator/Technician:** + **Education:** High School Diploma/GED required.
