An electrical General foreman plans, supervises, and coordinates the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems. They also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Responsibilities 

Planning: Develop project plans, including wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locationsSupervision: Manage electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workersSafety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and proceduresQuality: Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets standardsTroubleshooting: Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot issuesTraining: Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skillsScheduling: Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and other departmentsProcurement: Order and maintain electrical parts
