PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Electronic Installation Design Engineer to support advanced aerospace projects in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining electrical product detail, assembly, and installation designs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with engineering standards. Working under general direction, you will collaborate with industry-leading professionals to design cutting-edge electrical systems for next-generation aircraft.

What You’ll Do Develop and maintain cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs for aerospace applications. Perform design analysis and technical reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain electrical product designs, including equipment racks, power panels, antennas, and cable routing. Provide engineering design disposition on discrepancies such as rejection tags, production action requests, and shop revision requests. Document processes, specifications, and procedures supporting the design and manufacturing of electrical components. Develop statements of work, participate in supplier capability reviews, and analyze functional and physical inputs to ensure integrated design solutions. What You Bring Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronic installation design. Proficiency in wire installation design tools such as CATIA V5, ENOVIA, IVT, WIRS, or equivalent systems. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines. Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. A highly motivated, team-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.         Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace electrical system design and integration. Pay Details: $61.45 to $76.93 per hour
