Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining building and facilities. Acts as a team lead/deputy for the maintenance team to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities. Uses judgement to repair and maintain production equipment according to specifications and undertake preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Results can be readily checked for correctness.

QUALIFICATIONS任职要求

College or Professional School or above.  大专及其以上学历At least 5 years working experience in the chemical plant.5年以上化工企业相关经验Familiar with the electrical and instrument equipment, such as the motor, transformer, MCC, flow meter, actuated valve, utility equipment and so on.熟悉化工企业电仪设备维护（如发电机，变压器，流量计，控制阀等）Could solve the equipment failures alone. 能独立解决现场故障Basic communicated ability with the other colleague and good in team work.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神Very familiar with diesel generator operate and equipment management.熟悉柴油发电设备管理Have high and low voltage electrical operation certificate.有高低压电工证Strong hand-on shill and hard working.非常积极的工作态度
