Your mission:Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, the primary responsibility of the Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance Planner is to optimize the use of the Maintenance work force through Estimation, Planning, Scheduling, Coordination of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance work within the facility. To be successful in this role requires great organizational skills, alignment in company values, a collaborative leadership style and a personal commitment to safety. Estimate work orders for material, manpower, tools and equipment requirementsCreate and revise job plans for corrective and preventative maintenance workKey responsibilities within the daily and weekly planning and scheduling work team meetingsManage the work order backlog by conducting regular reviews of the backlog with the planning and scheduling work team to ensure accuracyWork with the Operations Superintendents to prioritize the backlog and reporting of key performance indicators to drive process improvementCoordinating contract services for weekly routine and shutdown workCoordinate scheduled jobs into weekly schedules according to manpower, materials, tools, and equipmentGenerate and distribute the weekly schedule along with work packages for all scheduled jobs to the Instrumentation SupervisorYour profile:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
