Electrical Integrator 1st Shift

Adecco is assisting a local client in the Knightdale location for an Electrical Integrator opportunity. The position would be responsible for daily task associated primarily with inspecting quality products. This includes primarily the inspection and testing of electrical work, incoming and outgoing inspections, in process checks, and adhering to CLIENTs company safety and quality policies. Secondary functions shall include, but not limited to, quality documentation, assisting with engineering activities, quality event activities, and involvement with the safety team.
**Pay rate** : $17.00- $22.00 depending on exp.
**Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 6AM up to 6:45PM (Saturdays as needed)**
**Responsibilities:**
The CLIENT Electrical Integrator is responsible for completing all assigned work according to specifications in a high quality and safe manner. The Electrical Integrator is the expert in the integration of electrical equipment on modular base frames, enclosures, and all other CLIENT products while adhering to all engineering and quality specifications. Electrical Integrators understand and participate in the CLIENT quality program, to include KANBAN inspection scheduling and in-process inspections, and are knowledgeable in the project process flow, working with the engineering department during project planning and execution. The Electrical Integrator is required to follow the instructions of the electrical supervisor and suggest improvements.
**CLIENT Requirements:**
• Must follow CLIENT safety guidelines and requirements
• Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
• Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
• Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new installations following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
• Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
• Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
• Listens and follows directions from supervisors and management
• Must verify conformance of work to specifications
• Must exhibit quality workmanship that adheres to engineering and customer specifications
• Adheres to CLIENT Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards
• Works in a timely, efficient manner to meet all daily performance objectives
• Maintains tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Must be able to read and understand posted bulletins, regulations, rule books, manufacturer manuals, and work instructions
• Must be able to work in a team environment which requires cooperating with others, offering help when needed, and maintaining positive work relationships
• Complete Time Reporting Sheets
• Report inventory use as required
• Able to lift up to 50# consistently
• Ability to work 10 hours per day and weekends as required
**Qualifications:**
High School Diploma or GED minimum.
Ability to interpret industrial safety standards.
Ability to use test equipment, computers, and MS software i.e., MS Word, Excel.
Must be willing to work in various work environments, schedules, and overtime.
Must have adequate visual acuity with or without the use of corrective lenses.
Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and the NEC.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Possess work accuracy and good organizational skills.
