Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead to manage day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and general labor. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Salary: $50,000-70,000

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain best practices for production operationsLead production team to ensure high-quality output is achievedMonitor and adjust production schedules as neededManage production resources to ensure optimal outputEnsure safety protocols are followed and properly enforcedIdentify and address process inefficienciesEstimate production costs and create reportsOversee plant maintenance and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant fieldAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturingStrong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of plant maintenance and repairs
