**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, test, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic plant equipment. You will support equipment, building, and other site systems, and assist with facility and machinery upgrades and improvements, both mechanical and electrical. This role also requires fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with applicable codes while receiving and following work orders. **Responsibilities** + Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical or electronic plant equipment. + Support the equipment, building, and other site systems. + Assist with facility and machinery upgrades and improvements (both mechanical and electrical). + Foster a positive work environment. + Receive work orders and follow applicable codes to perform tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and diagrams. + Respond to emergency machinery breakdowns and correct issues in a timely manner. + Inspect electrical systems to identify potential hazards. + Install and modify existing equipment as needed. + Monitor gauges, filters, fluids, readings, cooling systems, burners, compressors, chillers, die cutters. **Essential Skills** + Experience with troubleshooting, including PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Ability to troubleshoot printing and lamination equipment. + Knowledge of troubleshooting PLC programs and implementing corrective actions. + Experience with SLC 500 or PLC5, Eurotherm Drive (590-690), and Siemens Drives S7 / PLC. + Proficiency in process control and instrumentation. + Understanding of 480 V power distribution. + Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for faults. + Strong team orientation. + Adherence to safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Coordination with other plant personnel to improve operations. + Support for machine upgrades with regard to safety. + Knowledge of OSHA guidelines. + Ability to work independently or in a team setting. **Why Work Here?** Join an international temperature-controlled printing facility where you can enjoy bonuses and retirement plans.
