Job Duties and Qualifications Responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical systems targeting the development of a Halliburton wireline tool; He/She will work close to the engineering team, scientists, and the project manager at the Halliburton Technology Center in Brazil (HBTC).

Qualification

Mechatronics, electrical, electronics technician or similar areas with sufficient experience.

Experience

Experience assembling and testing systems with mechanical & electrical components; Competent in printed circuit board assembly, repair, and testing; Demonstrated ability to perform functional and qualification tests for devices and subsystems in high-temperature & high-pressure environments; Experience with assembling test benches for systems testing and integration; Familiarity with using lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, power amplifiers, power supplies, etc.); Previous experience working in R&D projects in the oil & gas industry is desirable; Ability to innovate and think outside the box, self-starter, self-motivated; Strong teamwork, adaptability, critical observation, and communication skills are required; Fluent in Portuguese & English (desirable).
