Job DescriptionIn this role, the main activities will be the following :
Motor Sub-System Development:
Identify and implement innovative solutions for motor performance and features.Ensure compliance with tools like DFMEA, CSRAEnsure that the 3D and 2D models are alligned with the techincal requirements specified by the clientFull Lifecycle Management:
Manage portfolios of electric motors, including component supply specifications, design guidelines, roadmaps, IP databases, and cost models.Collaboration:
Work with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to analyze and implement technical solutions.Communicate effectively across regions and cultures in a matrix organization.QualificationsTo qualify for the role, you should have the following set of skills :
Experience and Expertise:Extensive experience in electrical engineering with a focus on DC motor design.Strong proficiency in 3D design and as a plus, in motor testing, operation, and reliability analysis.Advanced Skills:Deep understanding of electronic power drivers for brushless motors and control techniques.Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D reports.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partnerships.Additional Preferred Skills:Experience as a Technical Project Leader Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards.Availability to relocate in Italy, at the client offices / plantAdditional InformationOur world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
