Electrical Panel Assembler
As a member of Dynapower's Panel Assembly team, you are responsible for assembling rectifier starter/control panels for our power conversion equipment. You'll mount the printed circuit boards from our Electronics Lab on a panel with other components and add all the required wiring until it's ready to be installed in a unit. You may be a novice at electrical assembly or you already have lots of experience (we’re hiring for all levels), but either way you're excited to help us power a cleaner planet. You'll make $20 to $30 per hour, get a $2000 signing bonus, AND be eligible for all your benefits on your first day!

What You'll Be Doing

On an average day, you’ll

Mount and secure components on the sub panel.

Complete wiring according to electrical schematics and engineering prints.

Install labels on the panel using the correct style and size.

Ensure quality of the final product and completion of all inspection and quality sheets before the product leaves the area.

Use various tools such as wire crimpers, strippers, cordless drills, screwdrivers, and (torque) wrenches.

Put safety first, all day every day.

 What You Need To Apply

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Electrical assembly experience

Experience with engineering prints and wiring diagrams preferred

The pay range for this role is $20 to $30 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your level of experience in similar roles. In addition to these competitive wages, you’ll also get to enjoy numerous benefits, such as:

Work Environment

This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - we have flexible hours, allowing you to start your day anytime between 6 and 8 a.m. This position works in a manufacturing production environment. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes, as well as head and hearing protection and gloves, as required.

Specific abilities required by this job include prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and frequently pinching and/or gripping. 

Frequently observe, detect, discern, and convey information. Specific abilities required by this job include near, far and color vision acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Requires good manual dexterity and coordination, and stamina. Specific abilities required by this job include the frequent requirement of overtime work.
