**Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join our team. In this role, you will wire production machinery, debug equipment, assist with startups, troubleshoot, and disassemble equipment for delivery to customers. You will work closely with engineers to identify and resolve control problems, ensuring that all materials necessary to complete projects are procured and available in a timely manner. You will also coordinate with Mechanical Assembly leaders and ensure safety protocols are followed during machinery disassembly. **Responsibilities** + Wire production machinery according to engineering-supplied prints. + Perform layout of electrical devices such as control panels, disconnects, and junction boxes. + Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve controls problems. + Ensure materials necessary to complete projects are procured and available on time. + Coordinate Controls Assembly with Mechanical Assembly leaders regarding break points and special customer requirements. + Assist with the startup of new machinery. + Debug wiring before starting up any machines (inputs, outputs, hard wire circuits, etc.). + Disassemble machinery for shipment, ensuring power is locked out and/or disconnected and all stored energy is relieved. + Disconnect all electrical devices necessary for shipping, marking all break points and securing any loose devices. **Essential Skills** + Panel building + Electrical blueprint and schematic interpretation + Wiring and assembly of control panels + Troubleshooting electrical systems + Use of hand tools and equipment such as Conduit Bender, Pipe Threader, Sabre Saw, Grinder, Amp Meter, and Multi Meter + Basic PLC training + Ability to interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lead or direct 1-10 Controls Assembly personnel (Electrician A) + Elect 131 (Machine class or equivalent) required + NEC Code I class required + Computer skills (Electrician A) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
