You’ll make an impact by:
1. Market Development
Identify and engage key market segments, including panel builders, contractors, and consultants, to promote Siemens' Low-Voltage components effectively.Actively drive demand through promotions, partnerships, and collaboration with existing and new panel-building networks, addressing specific market needs.Increase sales and brand awareness by executing strategies focused on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights, ensuring tailored solutions for stakeholders.2. Panel Builder Network Expansion
Identify and recruit new panel builders to expand our network.Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing panel builders.Conduct regular training sessions for panel builders to enhance their technical capabilities.3. Technical Support
Act as the primary technical contact for panel builders, addressing inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.Conduct product training sessions to improve panel builders' understanding and expertise in Siemens products.4. Offer Creation:
Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with the specific needs of panel builders and projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing through collaboration with internal teams.Foster collaboration between distributors and panel builders to streamline offer preparation and ensure efficient product delivery.You excel in
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Having 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical panel industry.Strong technical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.Come join us, and #TransformTheEveryday for everyone!
