Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of construction and engineering projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction, and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works.
The need now exists for an highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, as Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to understand the electrical project requirements and be able to develop a comprehensive project plan to execute the project successfully.
Perform regular site visits to monitor project development and make necessary adjustments as needed ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Oversee that all electrical activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain accurate and complete project documentation on project progress status, risks, and relevant issues ready for submission or review by senior management.
Degree/equivalent in Electrical Engineering/Project Management.
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager within construction with focus on design and build projects.
Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
Proficiency in Electrical Project Management software & tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
