Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join one of our large energy companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a focus on implementation and design. This role requires excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. A background in hydro plant operations is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Supervise project teams and provide technical guidance.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage project budget and resources efficiently.
Utilize Maximo, Bluebeam, and Power Plan software for project management and documentation.
