We are looking for an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale commercial projects in various sectors including data centers, healthcare facilities, higher education, offices, industrial, K-12, and mission critical sites. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to identify and efficiently manage all project activities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all electrical project activities, including meetings, design reviews, permitting, jobsite logistics, contractor selection, etc.Budget and schedule project timelines, and keep track of project costs.Ensure all project deliverables are met according to the client's schedule and budget.Provide technical advice and guidance to project team regarding electrical design and installation.Monitor sub-contractors to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained and met.Maintain client contact throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as an electrical project manager.Previous experience in the electrical field, with a focus on commercial projects.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
