Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the Field Service Technician/Engineer would be involved in commissioning, servicing, technical support and troubleshooting our product solution packages that consists of both Variable Speed Drives and PLC control. **Qualifications and Skills:** + Degree Electrical/Electronic engineering or arelevant Trade qualification. + Experience in Siemens PCS7 Automation System is essential. + An understanding or basics of power electronics. + Enthusiasm for development in Low and Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives skills,training will be provided. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Ability and willingness to travel to remote sites, in WA and interstate. + Hold a current Drivers Licence. + Excellent communication skills, liaising effectively with customers andcompiling comprehensive reports. + Willingness to be “on call” for customer telephone support and breakdown site attendance according to the schedule roster.
