Title: Electrical Specialist

Job Purpose   

The Construction SuperintendentElectrical is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of ElectricalConstruction overseeing the installation, and commissioning of ElectricalSubstation systems in CO2 Sequestration Project. This role involves ensuringthat Electrical systems meet regulatory standards and project specifications,coordinating with project management teams, and conducting tests to verify theintegrity and strength of the systems. Ensures that related technicalrequirements (e.g., project specifications, data sheets of equipment, etc.)developed during EPC fully comply with project requirements.  Effectively collaborates and interfaces withFacilities Team and EPC contractor engineers and Operations personnel (asrequired) to ensure that the Electrical plans and Layout scope of supply isfully integrated and optimized. Provides oversight of the EPC contractors, andas required, Vendor’s and/or Construction Subcontractor’s production ofassociated deliverables within project budget and schedule.

Minimum Requirements

·       A highlevel of proficiency in written and spoken English

·       Computerliteracy involving the regular use of professional office applications and sometechnical applications.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience           

·      8 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering levelwith a broad knowledge of Electrical Construction work execution on LNG and/oroil-gas projects construction and operations.

·      Electrical execution works experience in a brownfieldenvironment with large utilities systems in O&G facilities.   Knowledge or experience on similar CO2Sequestration Project is an added advantage.
