Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a background in government or military projects? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Field Operations team in Georgia and Florida. If you're passionate about leading electrical construction teams and delivering quality results while ensuring safety and efficiency, this role could be a great fit for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and supervise electrical construction activities on multiple government or military projects.\nOversee daily operations, including preplanning material and manpower needs.\nManage electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.\nCoordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations while maintaining RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.\nEnsure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.\nProvide hands-on leadership while managing electrical projects with budgets of $400,000 or more.\nMaintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and resource allocation.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related electrical matters.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nFive or more years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent managing electrical crews on projects of $400,000+ (commercial, industrial, or government\/military projects).\nField or trade experience in electrical installation (government or large commercial construction preferred).\nPrior experience working in the design-build industry is a plus.\nStrong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.\nCPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications (training can be provided).\nHigh school diploma or GED required (preferably with coursework in construction management or electrical trade school).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)\nWillingness to undergo an in-depth background check for access to military bases and government projects.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience, with potential for growth.\nOpportunity to work on high-profile government and military projects.\nComprehensive training and certifications to support your professional development.\nA collaborative work environment focused on excellence, safety, and quality.\n\n
