Electrical Supervisor
SRG Global are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor working on a 2:2 or 2:1 Rosters, for project work in the Pilbara and Port Headland region on Fortescue (FMG) facilities.

2:2 or 2:1 Rosters available 12 Hours Shifts Immediate Start Ongoing Projects for 12 months +Rate: Casual flat rate: $85 Day Shift /$91 Night Shift Flat - Superannuation on all hours worked
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience as electrical Supervisor A Grade WA Electrical License LVR/CPR (1 year) First Aid (2 years) Previous experience in estimating work scopes through to execution Safety Awareness Training Card (white card) Section 44 Schedule 26 High Risk Work License (WP minimum requirement) Pass a pre-employment medical. Hold a current manual driver’s license. Strong computer systems skills and knowledge A qualification in Management (e.g. Frontline Management) would be highly regarded. Fortescue (FMG) Inducted (Desirable)Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all legislative, statutory, company and site requirements. Lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety within the project team through the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other administrative tools Project Management: Supervise project team including electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants, across a varied array of activities. Scope & advise potential future works during estimation phase on correct resourcing and equipment levels Quality Assurance: Liaise with Client & SRG Site Managers to ensure all project work meets the highest quality standards. Electrical Nominee sign off for installations works Personnel Management: Provide supervision, support, and training to project personnel, to develop the team's technical competence. Assist site administration in the preparation of project roster and resource levels prior to mobilizing. Coordination and Planning of workload to personnel in an efficient manner. Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures while meeting project budgets. Ordering of tools and equipment required for project executionAbout Us:
