Your primary role will be to coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and other electrical staff, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. **Positions are available in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.** **Job Functions:** + Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. + Direct and supervise the work of electricians and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed. + Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications. + Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. + Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. Provide technical expertise and solutions. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues. + Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered.
