Job Duties: 

Responsible for the design and development of new electric forklift systems and components. Responsible for interpreting product requirements to develop functional specifications and system requirements and conduct feasibility studies on new features and technology. Participate in wire harness design reviews to ensure hardware compatibility with system design and layout. Select motor drivers, controllers, sensors, and/or other electrical components that meet system requirements. Create and update documentation including design detail, DFMEA, DVP R, test plans, test/calibration procedures, product manuals and other technical documents. Calibrate system functions and performance using prototype vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software components of controllers and other electronic devices related to OEM forklifts. Responsible for owning from end-to-end their entire component and product. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
