Join SpaceX’s mission to revolutionize space travel and enable Mars colonization. As an Electrical Data & Controls Technician, you’ll support the design, build, and launch of advanced rockets and spacecraft including Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Starship.

Pay & Per DiemLevel 1:$28–$31/hrLevel 2:$32–$37/hrLevel 3:$38–$43/hrLevel 4:$44–$45/hrPer Diem:$128/day (up to 7 days/week, max 12 months)Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and terminate wiring, connectors, and cable assembliesPerform continuity checks and troubleshoot wiring issuesSupport technicians and engineers with tools and equipmentCollaborate with engineers to resolve test data issuesCreate work instructions and generate purchase ordersLead complex projects with minimal supervisionInstall and modify conduit, cable trays, and AC power systems (up to 480VAC)Build and maintain PLC-based systems and support structuresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Associate degree in Aerospace Technology or related field (preferred)2+ years with instrumentation (transducers, accelerometers, thermocouples)Proficient with hand/power tools and wire terminationsExperience with PLC systems and launch site instrumentation (preferred)Familiarity with ISO 9000, IPC-620, IPC-610 standards (a plus)Work EnvironmentClimate-controlled, high-tech facility10–12 hour shifts, 5–6 days/week (start times: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM)Hands-on work with cutting-edge electrical systemsWhy Join Us?Be part of a visionary team shaping the future of space exploration in a world-class facility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $44.00/hr.
