Electrical Technician I

GENERAL DESCRIPTION \n

Performs electronic assembly, wire termination, cable harness assembly and cable harness installation into chassis and modules.\n

DUTIES \n\nAssembles electrical and electronic components, wiring harnesses, and other electrical assemblies and subassemblies according to instructions and drawings.\nKit assemblies, parts, and fasteners, for the particular run.\nMaintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.\nOther Duties as Assigned\n\n

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n0-2 years' of general experience in the field or in a related area \nCable harness build experience preferred\nSoldering experience a plus\nAbility to obtain\/maintain IPC-620 and J-STD certifications.\nGeneral Computer skills.\nMust be able to read and write English.\nWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n
