Job Purpose: Maintain/repairs/install devices of building systems in accordance with preventative maintenance programs and corrective maintenance demands.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, repair, and install devices of building management system, radio system and smoke control system
• Check and repair electrical appliances and electronics
• Perform engineering and maintenance work in accordance with established policies and procedures

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel HVAC/ electronics maintenance
Knowledge/Certificates: Relevant accredited apprenticeship preferred (BMS/ Radio/ HVAC knowledge would be an advantage)
Education: Secondary school or equivalent
Language Ability: Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) and English an advantage
Computer Skills: Basic (MS office)
