Electrical Test Technician

**Position Overview:**
Our client, a leading innovator in the optics industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development and production of high-quality products. As an Electrical Test Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of electrical systems and components.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform daily production build, test, and debug activities to meet manufacturing and quality goals.
+ Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to develop and refine build and test methods for new products.
+ Manufacture, test, and install custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies in accordance with production specifications.
+ Interpret and utilize electrical schematics and production blueprints to ensure precise execution of tasks.
+ Follow detailed work instructions and perform a wide range of technical tasks across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, optical, hardware assembly, and software.
+ Provide detailed equipment functionality and capability reports throughout production and testing stages.
+ Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the proper functionality of tools and test equipment.
+ Perform critical quality control checks, streamlining analysis and reporting in an organized and systematic manner.
+ Actively engage with the Engineering Team to enhance the development of build and test methods for new products.
+ Analyze and interpret electrical schematics and production blueprints to ensure product accuracy and functionality.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in electrical testing, manufacturing, or related fields.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Proficiency in using a variety of tools and test equipment.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
