Areas of Responsibility:

Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, transformers, switchgear, lighting, and power distribution equipment Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation systems such as process control equipment, transmitters, analyzers, and distributed control systems (DCS) Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems, control devices, hydraulic equipment, circuits and components Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical and instrumentation equipment according to schedules Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to determine causes and make repairs Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage Applying problem solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failures Assisting in the development and implementation of reliability centered maintenance strategies Performing periodic proactive asset strategies, such as maintenance routes, preventative maintenance, and other tasks to improve reliability and uptime Understand and follow NFPA70E regulations involving Arc Flash and Shock hazards Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, lockout/tagout protocols, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Use of PPE is required Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.

   Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, equipment, and National Electrical Code Experience with instrumentation such as process control systems, PLCs, transmitters, and analyzers. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods. Experienced in operating a variety of equipment Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

    Education & Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in a manufacturing environment Technical certifications and/or AS in Electronics, preferred
