Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Removal of existing outlets/switches while checking wire compatibility to replace/install new outlets to code + Follow guidelines for the installation of new recessed and LED lighting + Inspect existing grounding electrodes and conductors for damage or corrosions + Replace outdated components, adding additional grounding rods or plats in areas with high resistance soils + Check and adjust grounding conductor sizes and perform regular testing to ensure proper grounding resistance levels + Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code **Qualifications:** + 3-5 yrs. years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites + In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area + Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multimeter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action + Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite + Able to pass required background check + Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite daily TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
