Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The role will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems for the IKO Industries Ltd. production facility. The role must also help ensure the safety of themselves and others by observing all local, state, and national electrical codes.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, distribution and control equipment at the plant

Working with computers, line drive and PLCs and other technical schematics

Organizing work area, tools and parts

Managing assigned work orders while complying with all safety rules, including lock, tag, and verify

Working in a team setting with other maintenance personnel

Working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum of five years maintenance experience in a plant setting or associates degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance

Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs and programming

Proficient in diagnosing and testing motors and motor control circuits

Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters

Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software

Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
