Responsibilities Attend to the safe, accurate and timely service of all electrical duties. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Repairs and performs maintenance to the hospital electrical distribution systems, hospital electrical equipment, and small electrical appliances Performs new electrical installation when needed and preventative maintenance checks as required. Maintains charts, logs, and records as required, familiar with all electric blueprints for all hospital buildings May be required to assist with a wide range of advanced technical journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities and/or departments including basic plumbing, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning services. Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Four (4) years of relevant work experience Current Journeyman Electrician’s License Preferred Job Requirements One (1) year Vocational Training/Technical school Five (5) years of related work experience
