**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring an experienced **Journeyman Electricians** for projects located in the **Houston, TX area** . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $34/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform maintenance on electrical equipment + Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct electrical problems in low to medium voltages such as; trip breakers and control sensors + Maintain all interior and exterior lights throughout the campus such as; changing out lights and ballast + Assist other Dept's in electrical work when needed + Service electrical equipment by using standard and specialized tools + Complete other relevant duties as assigned + Install, replace and repair all ceiling tiles due to water damage, leaks and or general repair + Demolition and renovation work + Remove, replace and relocate lighting and power to accommodate power and lighting requirements based on blueprints and requests + Repairs due to emergencies including; water leaks, equipment failure, fire or anything assigned + Emergency service work + Perform other tasks as assigned **Requirements** + Electrical code requirements and practices + Map systems and other work related systems + Full/complete knowledge in multiple disciplines and serve as an ultimate subject matter expert + Microsoft office professional or similar applications + Must have basic hand tools of the trade and proper PPE **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
