Electrify Your Career at HomeOur licensed Electrician helps us with the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of the material handling equipment in our warehouse facilities. Experience should include, but not limited to: wiring, AC power, motors, electrical schematics and control panels. Led by the Supervisor, Facilities and Equipment, this opportunity will suit someone with excellent troubleshooting skills who loves the challenge of repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment. 

Shift available:Nights: Monday to Friday (finishing Saturday morning) 11:00pm to 7:00amWeekend Nights: Friday to Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:00am  

Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Install new components, repair, and maintain electrical/mechanical equipment and systems according to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. Respond to and correct equipment failures in a timely manner. Troubleshoot conveyance issues and understand resources needed to resolve them. Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures; identify issues as they occur and take appropriate action to resolution.Perform complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.We’re looking for: College Diploma and/or Certificates of Qualification for skilled trades.Valid 309A Construction and Electrician Maintenance License and/or 442A Industrial Electrician License.1-2 years relative electrician experience, with experience working in an industrial environment.Install new components, repair, and maintain electrical/mechanical equipment and systems according to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.Respond to and correct equipment failures in a timely manner.
