Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, electrical equipment and Electro-mechanical devices.

Performs duties in support of the Medical Center mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Education and Training:  

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Trade or vocational school preferred.

Experience:    

4 years formal apprenticeship required.

6 years electrical experience preferred.

Previous experience in a hospital or institutional setting preferred.

Registration, Licensure and/or Certification: 

Licensed Electrician under local jurisdiction.  Driver's license required.

Skills: 

Uses hand and power tools.  Operates equipment and/or machinery.
