Electrician
Performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. May be responsible for a specific focus, such as elevators and dumbwaiters, integrated security systems, vehicles, generators, transformers, switchboards, circuit breakers, motors, etc. 3-5 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to run conduit. Install electrical components to include but not limited to: electrical panels / lighting / switches / receptacles / control wiring / fire alarm Assist with the project goals in supporting other trades as needed Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Communications skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals, designers, and clients. Knowledge of National Electric Code, state and local building codes. Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products. Use of testing equipment and hand tools. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Currently have and maintain a TS Clearance Overseas experience Up-to-date electrician’s license. 5 - 7 years commercial or industrial electrical experience Experience with new builds, and renovation projects Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
